Overrated

I've never really understood the appeal of this place. Despite its inconvenient parking situation, it's always packed. I keep going back to try different things, and I'm always disappointed.

It claims to have the best chicken in town, but I've yet to try a roast chicken there that was even as good as one you can buy from a supermarket. The roast chicken always been dry, overcooked, and under-seasoned. I know you're supposed to dip it in various sauces, but I swear that they barely put any salt on it when they roast it.

I haven't been impressed with the most of the other dishes either. The noodle soup dishes are rather plain. I'd rather go get pho. The chicken satay is again under-seasoned and dry.

I think the stir-fried noodle dishes are more successful, but they aren't anything I'd go out of my way for.
