We went to Polly’s for diner and wanted to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday, the waitress said that Polly’s don’t do anything to celebrate birthdays. We ordered drinks and the beer I ordered was not available, no big deal, when it came turn to order food I ordered their Rib eye steak rare it came more like medium and it is full of grizzle, it was just gross, my wife ordered turkey dinner and it she did not like it, I got her turkey dinner instead of the steak and it was dry and chewy, the lady at the front counter/manager said that is strange since it has been cooking all day, I told her that explain why it is so dry, my girl’s and niece hamburgers were very greasy, my wife got chicken pie to go instead of the turkey diner, she said it was good. By the way the chocolate cookies that come with kids meals were as hard as rock and slightly burned. Not a good experience at Polly’s I definitely will not come back. George Yorba Linda CA
