Terrible service! How could the management let this happen? The location is tourist attractive, right in the middle of San Diego's charming "Old Town." As the tourist walk by they see tortillas being made (7000 a day) through the large glass windows. Not knowing any better the tourist are drawn in to face bland food and unfriendly ineffective service. The owners are very lucky to have full tables day after day. The OTMC take away from the truly wonderful tourist experience of being in San Diego. I work in Old Town area and from time to time check back in to see if OTMC has improved. The answer, no, actually getting worse.
