I don't know who is rating this restaurant, but it cannot prepare BBQ.
I ate there 3-7-08 and it was the toughest Baby Back Ribs I've ever had.
The Manager told us they sometimes have new cooks that overcook, but this was clearly a recipe problem.
It wasn't burnt, it was so tough not only a fork couldn't seperate the Ribs but a steak knife had to saw through it. The Brisket was equally tough. Just can't believe a Restaurant names & advertises itself as knowing BBQ can be so wrong.
