After months of planning an event and dozens of meetings, phone calls, and emails, the night arrived and Loft was completely unprepared. The party was scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm and at 6:45, nothing was set up. The manager was aggressively rude and hostile. The staff was incompetent and the service was lousy. There was no attention to detail, courtesy, or follow through. Avoid this restaurant.
