This restaurant has become a fixture for both myself and friends. We go every other Sunday, very early in the morning to avoid the crowds. Even so you are generally looking at a 15-30 min wait to be seated. This place is casual and very crowded. You can be seated faster if you are willing to share a large circular table with other guests.
They have a large variety of dim sum dishes, but if you are not Chinese they may not offer you all the varieties...so make sure you point to everything that you may want to try. Do not hesitate to ask for a specific dish or ask to see what is in the covered bamboo steamers.
The bill is always 35$ - 40$ for the four of us no matter what we seem to order. We all eat until we can barely stand and we have ordered specials dishes / combinations etc...the bill is always the same.

| "By far, I would consider Jade Garden to be the best restaurant in the International District. The food is excellent, prices are very low, the atmosphere is very bright, and the service is quick and friendly...." |
