" The soft goat cheese was tangy and smooth, with the wilted spinach to help cut all the heaviness of the proteins. The potatoes were ok, but I am a hashbrown girl so it cannot be helped...."
"Hash House a Go-Go has been winning Best Breakfast awards for years on end, and the crowds outside its doors on weekend mornings serve as a second testament to the restaurant"s extraordinary cuisine. Dishes are medium-priced, but what you get is twice t..."
"The menu is equally down-home -- unabashed Americana, quintessential comfort food. Short but sweet, it makes one thing perfectly clear: Eating is fun...."
"I had heard so many great things about the Hash House, so I took my husband one morning for breakfast. We didn't have to wait long for two, only about ten minutes, but I can see how the wait could have been much longer...."
"The traditional breakfast Roasted Chicken House Hash comes with garlic, onions, asparagus, and rosemary, but I ordered it without the garlic, onions, and asparagus, so basically, I just got the roasted chicken, but it was GOOD roasted chicken! Sometimes a..."

Shirahama Sushi & Japanese Restaurant - The shrimp was extremely good, shrimpy and tender, and the clam was well flavored, though it lacked the amazing texture of mirugai.

Kaito Sushi - The pickled ginger is pretty good, but the wasabi is truly outstanding. This is not your standard horseradish paste with food coloring. If you look closely, you can see the little bits of actual real wasabi root. That alone is almost worth the trip to Enc

25forty Bistro and Bakehouse - We started lunch with iced tea and water. The water, as always, is brought out in glasses and with a large chilled bottle for refills at will. The iced tea is a good, strong brew.

Rocky Port Grill and Fish Market - The Gobernador taco, a tortilla first 'lined' with melted cheese is then filled with a buttery saute of shrimp, bell pepper, onion and tomato...always a craving and at the regular price of $3.50, worth it...even a better deal on Tuesdays...

Lucky’s Breakfast - Man, this was better than I remembered....especially the hashbrowns which were nice and crisp on the exterior....it might be SYSCO potatoes, but if you do it right.......

Perry's Cafe - I really didn't feel like bacon or sausage, so on this day I went with two eggs, hamburger patty, hashbrowns, and toast($8).
