Dark, mysterious, delicious. The Chilaquiles are superb. Most importantly, the food is as consistent as any restaurant I've ever experienced - even over the 10+ years I've eaten there. If the quality of the food is the prime issue, this place is the Pantheon of breakfast food - the gathering place of the gods.
