Used to be just Chinese. Remodeled. Now Chinese and sushi bar. Excellent!
Wonderful authentic Cantonese style, and you can order "off-menu". Terrific wonton soup (order the "large" size). Ask for shrimp fried rice without soy sauce, and it will come out amazing!
My favorite dishes are shrimp in pepper salt (in shell, I ask for them with "no heads"), moo goo gai pan (chicken and vegetables), honey walnut shrimp, sauteed scallops and bean sprouts, sauteed baby bok choy, sauteed lobster with green onions, steamed dumplings.
The owner is a true gourmet chef, Hong Kong style. Stay with the seafood. He'll make anything you want, just the way you want it (e.g. "no sugar").
Sushi bar as well now.
Just re-opened after four month remodel, so it's very quiet. I hope it catches on.
DELICIOUS!!! And everything comes out hot. Clean, and quiet. Not fancy, but great food.
