We have eaten at Billy's RH several times. Their web site indicated they open at 11 AM. Well that is not the case. This past Tuesday, a group of 12 of us when to Billy's for lunch. We arrived between 11:20 - 11:30 to find the door locked. After pounding on the door, we were told they didn't open till Noon, and they couldn't let us in out of the rain. By 11:40 am several other people arrived for lunch also. After being told they didn't open to Noon, everyone decided not to continue to wait out in the rain and went to Pizza Cachina next door!.
