As we all know, customer service is just as important as the quality of the food. I recently visited Big Apple Pancake House in Hazel Crest, IL and it was the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. The waitress messed up my order and then lied so she wouldn't have to replace the order. My scrambled eggs had eggshells in them! To top it off, the manager just shrugged his shoulders and said I should have complained sooner! How rude!
