Bay Park Fish Co is a nice, unpretentious restaurant specializing in fresh seafood. Most of the preparations are simple, but well-executed; if you've got good fish, that's all you really need.
One of my favorite items is the smoked fish sandwich. The fish is smoked in-house, then mixed with mayo and scallions. It might sound like a tuna salad-like sandwich, but it's much better than that. It's creamy, smoky, and savory -- all balanced perfectly.
I like the fish tacos here also. If I'm feeling like something healthy, I'll just get a grilled catch of the day with sauteed veggies. Again very simple, but the fish is perfectly done, and the veggies well-seasoned. If I feel like cheating a little, I'll opt for their crisp shoestring potatoes instead, and hope the omega-3's in the fish balance out the fat in the fries.
